Write for a how-to site. Many how-sites allow you to earn money for your self-posted articles. Sites such as eHow.com and Bukisa.com will pay you for views and featuring of your articles. This can be a very slow and painful method of making money unless you're highly dedicated, a well sought after article creator and you also spend time rallying up friends and family to do some clicks for you. It can be a useful string to your bow in general, however, to be able to say that you have these articles online.
  1. Write general article content. There are numerous sites that will pay for freelance article work, ranging from topics that are requested by the companies, to topics that you decide upon yourself. Each site has its own rules and needs, so you will need to do your homework. Some examples include:

Associated Content requires that you write articles for them, they will pay you anywhere from $3 to $40 for your content. Most of the time however the bids that they place on your content are for much less than $10. However, this is still a great way to make money!

  1. If you're a passionate closet writer who wants to be published but can't find a way to do so, make each keystroke your way to wealth by penning your own blog. Starting a blog doesn't require extensive technical skills but it's important that you have expertise in the field you are writing on. This will attract visitors to your site. Building a large following will enable you to earn profit by luring advertisers, writing paid reviews or getting commissions for promoting other people's products.
